Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website hacked24.com, operated by HACKED24 LLC, 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA (“HACKED24”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Website content — no engagement, no advice

This website provides general information about our firm and services. Nothing on it constitutes professional advice for any specific situation, and nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted to form a consulting engagement. Consulting services are provided exclusively under a separate written agreement (statement of work, service agreement, or retainer) with its own terms — including scope, fees, confidentiality, liability, and data processing — which prevail over these Terms of Use for the services they cover. Package descriptions and prices on this website are indicative invitations to discuss, not binding offers; every engagement is confirmed in writing.

AI assistant. The AI assistant on this website gives automated answers to general questions. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, are not professional advice, and are not binding statements on scope, prices or availability. Anything relevant to a decision is confirmed by us in writing.

2. Intellectual property and permitted use

All content on this website — text, structure, graphics, and branding — is owned by HACKED24 LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and view the website for informational purposes. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and share links to our content; systematic reproduction, commercial reuse, or use of our content to train machine-learning systems requires our prior written consent. “HACKED24” and the HACKED24 logo are trademarks of HACKED24 LLC.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorized access, probing or scanning without authorization, disrupting availability, circumventing technical protections, scraping at scale, or introducing malicious code. Do not use the AI assistant to submit confidential information or personal data of third parties, to try to manipulate it or extract its configuration, or for automated mass queries. Violations may result in blocking and, where appropriate, legal action.

4. Responsible disclosure

We appreciate security research done right. If you believe you have found a vulnerability affecting this website, contact hello@hacked24.com with reasonable detail before any publication, give us reasonable time to remediate, and do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data beyond what is strictly necessary to demonstrate the issue. We will not pursue good-faith research conducted within these boundaries.

5. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our website or services, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation — feedback is welcome, but we cannot administer ownership claims over ideas sent to us unsolicited.

6. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to or integrate third-party services (for example Microsoft scheduling, LinkedIn, or X). We do not control third-party content and accept no responsibility for it; their own terms and privacy policies apply. A link does not imply endorsement.

7. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@hacked24.com including: identification of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and — for notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) — a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We will review and, where justified, remove or correct the material promptly.

8. No warranty

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website’s content, availability, security, and fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep content current and accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HACKED24 LLC and its members, officers, and personnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from website use shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health — and nothing limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Liability under any separate service agreement is governed exclusively by that agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify HACKED24 LLC against third-party claims arising from your violation of these terms or your unlawful use of this website, to the extent attributable to you and permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing law, venue, and dispute resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Before initiating formal proceedings, both sides agree to attempt resolution through direct discussion for thirty days. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from the use of this website is Pinellas County, Florida — unless mandatory law at your place of residence, in particular consumer protection law, provides otherwise.

12. General provisions

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement regarding website use. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one closest to its purpose. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign in connection with a business transfer. We may update these terms at any time; the current version is published on this page with the date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
