What access do you need?
Read access first. For the Review and the observation phase we only need read permissions in your systems. Write access is granted later, per area and with your approval.
What happens if an AI agent makes a wrong change?
Agents act only within rules you have approved. Every change is logged and can be reversed. A person checks the results, and the accountable partner handles any correction.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Client data is processed only for your engagement.
Do you sign an NDA and a data processing agreement?
Yes. We sign an NDA before the first workshop, and a data processing agreement (GDPR) wherever personal data is processed.
Do you replace our IT team?
Usually not. We take over routine operations so your team can focus on projects and users. Where there is no internal IT, we take on the full operational role.
How are savings measured?
Before work starts we agree a baseline in writing. Only reductions that show up on your invoices count. Our fee is 25% of these verified savings for 12 months.
How long is the contract term?
AI-Managed Operations runs on a 12‑month term. Reviews, assessments and projects are priced per engagement. Fractional CIO retainers are agreed monthly.
Where should we start?
With the Executive IT & AI Review. After 3 weeks you have a report for the board and a clear order of priorities. The fee of $9,500 is credited if you continue within 60 days.
